How it works

From your file to your part, in four steps

No calls, no back-and-forth emails, no waiting for someone to open your file before they can tell you what it costs.

  1. 01

    Upload your file

Just drag it in. In seconds you see it in 3D with its dimensions — and if something about the part can't be made as drawn, we tell you right there.

  2. 02

    Choose how you want it

Material, finish, tolerance and quantity. The price updates as you choose, and volume breaks show up right away.

  3. 03

    Get your quote

With unit price, lead time and a PDF for your purchasing team. Save it, share it, or turn it into an order.

  4. 04

    Track your order

From material issue to shipping, with tracking. You see which step each part is on — not just that it's “in process”.

What we make

What you can quote here

If your part fits one of these, you get a price online. If it doesn't, you have somewhere to go — and we still answer.

CNC machining

Milling and turning, from a single test part to production. Metals and plastics, with the finish you ask for.

3D printing

Prototypes, fixtures and low-volume parts. For when what you need is to test the shape before machining it.

Your part doesn't fit here?

Large parts, processes we don't run in house, special runs, or something that doesn't even have a file yet. Tell us and you get a price back, not a form.

Why trust us with your part

Every part leaves a record

Not a brochure promise: it's how the system we manufacture with is built, and it's what we can hand you if your own customer asks you for it.

Traceability down to the heat

The material lot is frozen when it's issued, with its certificate. We know which bar your part came from, and we can prove it.

Inspection against your drawing

Your drawing is ballooned and captured dimension by dimension, with the instrument used and its calibration in date.

Who made it and when

Every operation is signed with a name, a machine and server time. Records aren't edited: a correction is added, it doesn't overwrite.

Your design stays yours

Your files are used to quote and manufacture for you, nothing else. They're not shared and not used as an example of anything.

Questions

What we get asked most

What files can I upload?

STEP, STP, STL, 3MF, DXF and DWG. STEP carries the most information and gives the best quote. If all you have is a PDF drawing or a photo of the part, upload it anyway: it goes through manual quoting and an engineer reviews it.

What happens to my design?

It's used to quote and manufacture for you. We don't share it, publish it, or use it as an example. If you need a signed NDA before uploading anything, write to us and we'll sign it first.

Is there a minimum quantity?

No. You can order a single part. What changes with quantity is the unit price, because machine setup is spread across the whole lot: that's why 10 parts almost never cost ten times one.

How long does it take?

It depends on the process, the quantity, and whether the material is on the rack or has to be bought. The date is on your quote before you order, not after — and if something slips you see it in order tracking.

How does my order arrive?

Freight is quoted to your postal code along with the parts, and it ships with trackable documentation. You can also pick it up at the shop if you prefer.

Do you invoice? Can I buy on credit?

Yes, we invoice. You pay by card or SPEI transfer. If your company buys regularly we can open NET terms: agreed once, and from then on you order without prepaying.
