How to request it (Mexico)
- Open your order in the portal and choose "Request invoice (CFDI)".
- Confirm your tax details: RFC, legal name, tax regime, postal code and CFDI use.
- We email you as soon as it is issued and you download it from the same order.
Customers outside Mexico
If your company is outside Mexico, your shipment travels with its export commercial invoice, which is the document your customs broker uses. The CFDI is issued with the details for foreign residents.
