- What is an instant quote?
- It is a price that comes from your file right away, without forms or back-and-forth emails. At PREMSA the quote starts when you drop your STEP, STL or 3MF: you see the part in 3D, its dimensions and its manufacturability check within seconds.
- Is the price instant for every process?
- For FDM 3D printing, yes: price and lead time appear instantly. For CNC machining the viewer and DFM check are instant, and an engineer confirms the price within 2–4 business hours so it does not change later.
- Which files can I upload?
- STEP or STP (recommended), STL and 3MF to see your part in 3D; DXF or DWG for flat parts; and PDF or images for the drawing. No CAD file yet? You can request a manual quote.
- Do I need an account?
- Not to start: upload your file and see your part without signing up. To save the quote we ask for your email, and you can continue as a guest or create an account.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. You can quote a single part, and when you change the quantity you see the unit price drop as setup is spread across more parts.
- How do I pay?
- Online, by card (or SPEI transfer in Mexico). Companies with approved credit pay on their terms.
- Do you ship outside Mexico?
- Yes, to 52 countries. Import duties are paid by the receiver, but you see an estimate before paying, and we prepare the customs paperwork.
- Are my files confidential?
- Yes. They are stored encrypted, only the staff quoting and making your part can see them, and we sign NDAs with your template or ours.
