If your drawing doesn’t specify tolerances, we machine to ISO 2768-m (medium). On dimensions you call out —contact faces, holes, ports and fits— we can hold ±0.025 mm (±0.001 in), and critical dimensions are checked in inspection.
C101 is machined with CNC milling, CNC turning, drilling and tapping. It is soft and gummy, so it is run with very sharp, polished-edge tooling, coolant and a finishing pass to leave contact faces flat and burr-free.
Because it conducts electricity and heat like few metals, C101 is used in many parts made with CNC machining.
