Tracking starts before your order ships. In the portal each order shows its stage: payment confirmed, material, manufacturing, inspection, packing and shipping.
When it ships
- You get an email with the carrier and tracking number.
- The shipment status updates in your order until it is delivered.
- If your order ships in several parts, each shipment has its own label.
Notifications you always get
The shipped and delivered notices are always sent. Notices for each production stage are optional and you can turn them on in your settings.
