Can you ship my order in parts?
Short answer
Yes. If part of your order is ready before the rest, we can ship it separately, with its own tracking number and documents.

Yes, we can. An order with several parts does not always finish at the same time: A part with no finish can be ready days before an anodized one. Instead of holding the whole order, we can ship the parts that have already passed inspection.
Each shipment goes out with its own tracking number, packing list and certificate of conformance. In the portal you see each shipment on its own line, with its tracking, and your order shows as delivered once everything has arrived.
If you need part of your order to arrive sooner, note it in your quote and we plan for it from the start. If the extra shipment has a cost, we tell you before sending it.

Yes, anywhere in Mexico by carrier, insured. If your address is in Nuevo León, we deliver your parts ourselves at no cost. You can also pick them up at our plant in Monterrey.

You can change it as long as your order hasn't left our plant. Email us with your order number and the new address, and we'll change it for you. If shipping to the new address costs more, we let you know and you pay the difference from your order.
