The files you upload are your intellectual property and we treat them that way: confidential by default, without you having to mark them. We do not show them to other customers, we do not make your part for third parties and we do not reuse your design.
How we protect them
- They are stored encrypted, in private buckets accessible only with an authorized session and time-limited links.
- Only the staff working on your quote or production sees them, each person only what their step needs.
- An outside supplier (anodizing, heat treatment) receives only what their operation needs, under confidentiality obligations.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
If you need an NDA
We sign it with your template or ours, before you share any file if you prefer. The signed agreement prevails over our terms wherever it is stricter.
How long we keep them
Files from a quote that did not become an order are kept while the quote is valid and 12 months after; you can ask us to delete them sooner. Quality records of a manufactured order are kept for 7 years.
What we do not accept
Weapon parts or restricted items. If your information is subject to export controls, tell us before uploading it.
