How do I make a return?

First, email us to request a return authorization number (RMA): no part is accepted without one. We review your case and, if we need the parts, we give you the RMA and shipping instructions. When the return is due to our error, we pay for the return shipping.

How to do it

• 1. Email ventas@premsaindustries.com with your order number, the part, how many you're returning and the reason, with photos or measurements.
• 2. We review your case and reply with the solution. If we need to inspect the parts, we send you your RMA number and how to ship them.
• 3. Pack the parts as you received them and put the RMA number on the outside of the box.
• 4. When we receive them, we inspect them against your drawing and your report, and let you know the result in writing.

What happens next

• If the part doesn't conform: we rework it, replace it or give you a credit note or refund, whichever works best for you.
• If the part does conform: we send it back to you, with shipping at your cost.

Reporting deadlines

30 calendar days from delivery if the part doesn't match your drawing, and 5 business days if it arrived damaged or incomplete.

What can't be returned

Parts that match your drawing but you no longer need, and parts that were modified, installed or used. Since every part is made to order, we don't accept returns for a change of mind.
