You can change it as long as your order hasn't left our plant. Email us with your order number and the new address, and we'll change it for you. If shipping to the new address costs more, we let you know and you pay the difference from your order.
The difference shows in your order as a balance due. You pay it with Pay balance, by card or SPEI transfer, and your order ships to the new address.
We can no longer change the address: the label has already been created with the carrier. Check your tracking number in your order and contact the carrier to see if it can redirect the package.
