Shipping cost is quoted in real time with the carriers, for your destination and your order.
At checkout you see every available option with its price and transit time, and you choose the one you prefer. If you pick up at our plant in Monterrey, there is no shipping cost.
Every shipment is insured for the value of your parts. In Nuevo León we deliver ourselves, at no cost.
Some shipments cannot be quoted online, such as palletized shipments, very large parts or destinations where the carrier does not respond at that moment. In those cases the portal lets you know and we email you the shipping quote.

You can change it as long as your order hasn't left our plant. Email us with your order number and the new address, and we'll change it for you. If shipping to the new address costs more, we let you know and you pay the difference from your order.
