Freight is not a percentage or a flat rate. It is quoted live with the carriers, using your postal code and the real boxes your order will travel in.
Where the measurements come from
- The exact volume of each part, taken from the 3D model you uploaded.
- The material, because a steel part and an aluminum part of the same size do not weigh the same.
- How many parts fit per box, plus the weight of the box and the fill.
- Protective packaging.
With that we build the packages and ask the carriers. We show you the options with price and transit time, and you choose.
What the shipping price includes
- The carrier label.
- The box and protective packaging.
- Shipment insurance for the value of your parts.
If you pick up at our plant in Monterrey, there is no shipping cost.
When there is no online price
Some shipments cannot be quoted automatically: palletized loads, very large parts or destinations where the carrier does not respond at that moment. In those cases the portal tells you and we sort it out with you by email.
What we do not do is show you zero freight when we could not calculate it. A shipment without a price is a shipment without a quote, and we would rather tell you.
