Do you use my files for anything else?

We use your files only to quote and manufacture your parts. We don't show them to other customers, we don't make your part for anyone else and we don't reuse your design in another project.

What we use them for

• Quoting: analyzing your part's geometry and calculating its price and lead time.
• Manufacturing: programming, machining or printing, inspecting, packing and shipping your part.
• Quality records: keeping your order's file, which is the evidence of what we made and how we verified it.
• Improving our estimates: only with aggregated, anonymous process data, such as actual times, that can't be used to rebuild your part or identify you.

What we never do

• Show them to other customers or use them as a sales reference.
• Make your part for third parties or offer it to anyone else.
• Reuse your design, in whole or in part.

Who sees them

Only the PREMSA staff involved in your quote or in manufacturing your part. If an operation is done by an outside supplier, such as anodizing, they receive only what they need for that operation, under confidentiality.

Your design stays yours

You keep all rights to your models, drawings and parts. If your company needs a confidentiality agreement, we sign it on your form or ours. More in Do you sign NDAs and how do you handle my files? and in our Confidentiality and Intellectual Property policy.
