A priced quote becomes an order in the portal, without emailing purchase orders or waiting for an invoice to pay.
Step by step
- 1. Add to cart. From your quote or from the part detail. In the cart you can still change the quantity and the price is recalculated.
- 2. Delivery address. From your address book or a new one.
- 3. Customs and duties (only for shipments leaving Mexico). Tell us what each part is used for and its tariff code; we help you find it and show an estimate of what customs will charge on delivery.
- 4. Shipping method. The carriers that quote your shipment, with price and transit time, or pickup at our plant in Monterrey.
- 5. Payment. By card (or SPEI transfer in Mexico). If your company has credit terms with us, the order is confirmed on those terms.
What happens next
As soon as payment is confirmed, a work order opens for each part. In the portal you see which stage your order is in —material, manufacturing, inspection, packing and shipping— and we email you when it ships and when it is delivered.
