Short answer
From a priced quote: Add the parts to your cart, enter the address, choose shipping and pay. The order goes into production as soon as payment is confirmed.

Category: How it works
Once your quote has a price, add the parts to your cart from the quote or from each part's detail page. In the cart you can still change the quantity and the price updates.
If you would rather have an engineer review your part before ordering, you can request a manual review from your quote. We send you the reviewed quote through the portal or by email, and you place your order from there the same way.
Next, choose the delivery address, from your address book or a new one. If the shipment leaves Mexico, there is a customs and duties step where you tell us what each part is for and its tariff code; we help you find it and show you an estimate of what customs will charge on delivery.
Then choose how to receive your order: With one of the available carriers, with its price and transit time, or by picking it up at no cost at our plant in Monterrey.
Finally, pay by card or SPEI bank transfer; paying by transfer gives you a discount you see before paying. If your company has credit with us, the order is confirmed under your terms.
As soon as payment is confirmed, your order goes into production. In the portal you see its current stage (material, manufacturing, inspection, packing and shipping), and we email you when it ships and when it is delivered.

2 min readIn the portal's Settings. In the Addresses tab you save your shipping and billing addresses, and in the Billing tab your tax details for the CFDI. You can save several of each and choose the right one for each order.
