What people ask most before getting a turned part made.
- Do you make a single part?
- Yes. We turn from one part: a spare, a prototype or a part for your project. There is no minimum, and the price per part goes down as you order more.
- Can I get a part made from a drawing or a photo, without a 3D file?
- Yes. A STEP file is best, but we also work from a PDF drawing or a photo with dimensions. Upload it to the portal and we review it.
- What parts do you turn?
- Shafts and axles, bushings, pins, pulleys, couplings, caps, studs, spacers and stepped parts. With Y-axis turning and live tooling we also drill cross holes, cut keyways, mill flats and hexes on the same part.
- What materials do you turn?
- Steels 1018, 1045, 4140 and A36; stainless 303, 304, 316 and 420; aluminum 6061 and 7075; brass, copper and bronze; and plastics like nylon, Delrin, PTFE, UHMW and PEEK.
- What tolerances do you hold?
- We use ISO 2768 as the general tolerance and hold tighter dimensions where your drawing calls for them, such as bearing or shaft fits. Put them on your drawing or in your part notes.
- Where is the shop and what are your hours?
- We are at Albino Espinosa 331 Ote., Centro, Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, 64000. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 15:00 (Mexico time). You can also email ventas@premsaindustries.com or call +52 81 2634 1113.
- Do you ship outside Monterrey?
- Yes. We ship across Mexico and internationally by courier, and you see the shipping cost when you place your order.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the part, the material and the quantity. A simple part ships in a few business days, and you see the estimated date when you order. If it is urgent, add it to your notes.

We turn with a Y axis and live tooling, so a part that would go through a lathe and a mill elsewhere comes off in one setup here: turning, cross holes, keyways, flats, hexes and threads. Less handling, better concentricity and your part ready sooner.
