What people ask most before getting a part or a batch made.
- Do you make a single part or only production?
- Both. We machine from one part: a replacement or a prototype. And we do contract machining for repeat batches. No minimum, and the price per part drops as you order more.
- What does contract machining include?
- All the shop work: we buy the material, program, machine, inspect and deliver finished parts. On request, with material certificates, dimensional reports and the finish you need.
- Can I get a part made from a drawing or a photo, without a 3D file?
- Yes. A STEP file is ideal, but we also work from a PDF drawing or a photo with dimensions. Upload it to the portal and we review it.
- What processes do you run in the shop?
- CNC turning with Y-axis and live tooling, CNC milling, drilling, tapping and 3D printing. A part that needs both lathe and mill is made complete here.
- What materials do you machine?
- 1018, 1045, 4140 and A36 steel; 303, 304 and 316 stainless; 6061 and 7075 aluminum; bronze, brass and copper; and plastics such as nylon, Delrin, PTFE, UHMW and PEEK.
- What tolerances do you hold?
- We use ISO 2768 as the general tolerance and hold tighter dimensions where your drawing calls for them, such as bearing or shaft fits. Critical dimensions are verified in inspection.
- Where is the shop and what are your hours?
- We are at Albino Espinosa 331 Ote., Centro, Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, 64000. Monday to Friday 9:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–15:00 (Monterrey time). You can also email ventas@premsaindustries.com or call +52 81 2634 1113.
- Do you work with customers outside Mexico?
- Yes. We ship across Mexico and to 52 countries by courier, and you see the shipping cost when you place your order.

PREMSA Industries is a CNC machine shop in Monterrey, Mexico, for anyone who needs a part: a replacement for a machine that is down, a prototype, a part for a project or a batch that repeats every month. We turn, mill, drill and tap in metal and plastic.
As a contract machining and job shop partner, we handle all the shop work: we buy the material, program, machine, inspect and deliver ready-to-use parts, with material certificates and dimensional reports when you need them. You just send your file or drawing.
We do precision machining to ISO 2768 general tolerances and hold tighter dimensions where your drawing calls for them. We work from one part to production, and the price per part drops as you order more.
