About Industrial Machining
- What do I need to quote an industrial machined part?
- The 3D file of the part (STEP preferred), the quantity and the material. If it has critical dimensions, fits or threads, also upload the drawing as a PDF. With no CAD file, you can request a manual quote in the portal with photos or a scanned drawing.
- Do you repair machinery or used parts?
- No. We make new parts from your design; we do not offer repair, regrinding of used parts or rebuilding of spare parts.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. You can quote from 1 part, and the quote shows how the price per part drops with more quantity.
- Which materials do you machine?
- Aluminum, carbon and alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper and engineering plastics such as Delrin (acetal), nylon and UHMW. If your material is not listed, note it in the quote.
- What tolerances can you hold?
- By default, ISO 2768-m general tolerances apply. On dimensions you specify on your drawing we can reach ±0.025 mm, including fits such as H7. Critical dimensions are verified at inspection.
- Do you provide inspection reports and certificates?
- Yes, on request: dimensional report, first article inspection (FAI) and material certificates, so your quality team can release without re-measuring.
- Do you ship outside Monterrey?
- Yes. We ship across Mexico and to other countries; shipping is calculated in the quote before you pay.
