1 min readYes, anywhere in Mexico by carrier, insured. If your address is in Nuevo León, we deliver your parts ourselves at no cost. You can also pick them up at our plant in Monterrey.
Customs & duties
2 min readWhoever receives the shipment, at delivery, directly to the carrier. Our international shipments go DAP (Delivered At Place): we pay the freight to your door, and you pay your country's duties and taxes when you receive it. Before you pay, we show you an estimate of everything that's charged: duties, taxes, the carrier's fee and its customs clearance. It's an estimate: customs or the carrier may charge something extra at delivery.
Files & CAD
2 min readYou don't need the 3D model to get a quote. Upload your technical drawing to the quoter, configure your part and send it with Request PREMSA review: we quote it from your drawing. When you order, we build the 3D model only to manufacture your part.

2 min readIn the portal's Settings. In the Addresses tab you save your shipping and billing addresses, and in the Billing tab your tax details for the CFDI. You can save several of each and choose the right one for each order.

1 min readIn business days, Monday through Saturday. The manufacturing lead time you see in your quote starts counting when your payment is confirmed, and carrier transit time is added separately.

2 min readYou can cancel it by asking us by email; the portal doesn't have a button to do it yourself. If we haven't started manufacturing, canceling is free. If we have, we charge for the material and work done up to that point, and we return the rest of what you paid.

1 min readIt's the document in which PREMSA states in writing that your parts meet your drawing, your order and the specifications you requested. We issue it, signed, with every order, and you receive it with your shipment and in the portal.
