We manufacture in Monterrey and ship to 52 countries. You choose the country in the delivery address, and from there the portal asks for what that destination's customs needs.
Where we ship
- North America: Mexico, the United States and Canada.
- Europe: all 27 European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Turkey.
- Central and South America: Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Argentina.
- Asia, Oceania and the Middle East: Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.
Country not listed? Write to ventas@premsaindustries.com. We open destinations as we finish their customs documentation and prefer to confirm before promising a date.
How an international shipment works
- Customs and duties: before payment there is a step where you tell us what each part is used for and its tariff code. We suggest codes from the official tariff and show an estimate of what customs will charge.
- Duties and taxes: paid by the receiver on delivery to the carrier. You see the estimate before you pay, not after.
- Paperwork: commercial invoice, packing list and the proof of origin each destination requires. We prepare it.
- Tracking: your label with tracking number, in the portal and by email.
More detail: who pays import duties and which documents travel with your shipment.
What you need
- A physical address: we do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- A contact phone and, in many countries, the receiver's tax ID (for example, an EORI number in the EU or a Business Number in Canada).
