What if my parts arrive damaged or incomplete?
Short answer
Report it within 5 business days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and the parts. Your shipment is insured and we resolve it with replacement, rework, a credit note or a refund.

If something arrives wrong, we make it right. Every shipment leaves packed with protection and insured, but things can happen in transit.
If your parts arrive damaged or some are missing, report it within 5 business days of delivery. Email us at ventas@premsaindustries.com with your order number, how many parts are affected, what happened and photos of the box as it arrived and of the parts. Take photos before you throw away the packaging and, if you can, note on the carrier's waybill that the package arrived damaged.
If a part does not meet your drawing or your order's configuration, you have 30 calendar days from delivery to report it, with the same information.
We review every case and reply within 3 business days with the resolution: Rework, replacement of the parts or, if a replacement no longer helps you, a credit note or refund. If needed, we ask you to return the parts so we can review them.

Yes, anywhere in Mexico by carrier, insured. If your address is in Nuevo León, we deliver your parts ourselves at no cost. You can also pick them up at our plant in Monterrey.

You can change it as long as your order hasn't left our plant. Email us with your order number and the new address, and we'll change it for you. If shipping to the new address costs more, we let you know and you pay the difference from your order.
