Can I pick up my parts at your plant?
Short answer
Yes, at no cost. At checkout choose pickup at our plant in Monterrey and we email you as soon as your parts are ready.

Yes, you can pick them up at no cost. When you pay for your order, choose pickup at our plant in Monterrey as the shipping method and no freight is charged.
Your order is manufactured and inspected like any other. When it is ready we email you so you can pick it up.
When you pick it up, bring your order number. We hand over your parts packed, with their packing list and any documents you requested.
We are at Albino Espinosa 331 ote., Centro, Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you have any questions, email us at ventas@premsaindustries.com or call +52 81 2634 1113.

Yes, anywhere in Mexico by carrier, insured. If your address is in Nuevo León, we deliver your parts ourselves at no cost. You can also pick them up at our plant in Monterrey.

You can change it as long as your order hasn't left our plant. Email us with your order number and the new address, and we'll change it for you. If shipping to the new address costs more, we let you know and you pay the difference from your order.
