How do I track my order?
Short answer
In the portal you see your order's current stage. When it ships, you get the tracking number by email, and we let you know when it is delivered.

You can follow your order from the moment payment is confirmed. In the portal, each order shows its current stage: Material, manufacturing, inspection, packing and shipping.
When your order leaves our plant, you receive an email with the carrier and tracking number. In your order you see the same tracking information we have, updated until it is delivered, and we also email you when it arrives.
If your order ships in several parts, each shipment has its own tracking number and appears on its own line.
Shipping and delivery notifications are always sent. If you also want an email at every production stage, turn it on in your account settings.

Yes, anywhere in Mexico by carrier, insured. If your address is in Nuevo León, we deliver your parts ourselves at no cost. You can also pick them up at our plant in Monterrey.

You can change it as long as your order hasn't left our plant. Email us with your order number and the new address, and we'll change it for you. If shipping to the new address costs more, we let you know and you pay the difference from your order.
