We need a physical delivery address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to APO or FPO addresses.

To deliver your order we need a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or to APO or FPO military addresses.
Carriers restrict deliveries to those addresses, and some orders require a delivery signature or commercial delivery because of their size. For international shipments, customs also needs the recipient's street address.
When you place your order, enter a valid physical address. If you have a special delivery requirement, email us at ventas@premsaindustries.com and we will review the options with you.

Yes, anywhere in Mexico by carrier, insured. If your address is in Nuevo León, we deliver your parts ourselves at no cost. You can also pick them up at our plant in Monterrey.

You can change it as long as your order hasn't left our plant. Email us with your order number and the new address, and we'll change it for you. If shipping to the new address costs more, we let you know and you pay the difference from your order.
